Article: Campofilone is a splendid medieval village known as Campus fullonum in the province of Fermo, renowned for its pasta production. In fact, every year, on the first weekend of August, the famous "national macaroni festival" takes place where you can taste this typical dish on the stands that wind inside the country. Today the production of macaroni is the main activity of the Campofilone economy.

Description place: The centerpiece of Campofilone is the main square of the town is Piazza Umberto I in addition to Piazza Roma. The Church of San Bartolomeo overlooks the main square, the other churches are that of San Patrizio located just outside the town walls, the church located in the hamlet of Ponte Nina and that of Santa Maria which has been recently restored and is located on a hill at the gates of Campofilone. Behind the Church of San Bartolomeo extends the Abbatial Garden, a garden enclosed within medieval walls where you can admire the surrounding panorama of the Marche hills.
