Grottammare the Castle

The ruins of the castle of Grottammare borgo have a base made up of clay brick walls which are arranged in a curvilinear pattern. From this base the remains of a tower and a perimeter wall rise which still retain the corbels and two artillery slits.
Not far away there is another tower with remains of corbels, internally barrel-vaulted, which is placed on a shoe base. The remains are inserted in a very suggestive scenario, both for the panorama that can be enjoyed and for the rich vegetation, the Aleppo pines.
