63848 Petritoli, Province of Fermo, FM, The Marches, Italy. Vitali Palace in Petritoli at the end of the main street of Petritoli is the nineteenth-century palazzo in the flowery Gothic-Venetian style.
The style follows the decorative of the mullioned windows and summit pinnacles, typical of the lagoon city. Inside there are fine neo-classical frescoed ceilings, while outside there is a fine example of a 14th-century Gothic brick arch.
Petritoli is a hilly municipality in the province of Fermo that dominates the green and fertile Aso valley, of which it represents an important economic center for the rich land of olive trees, mulberry trees and hills.
It offers a vast and splendid view that sweeps from the Sibillini Mountains to the Adriatic coast. Originally named, dating back to the year 1000, Rodolfo Castle was born from the merger of three castles: Petrosa, Petrania, and Petrollavia.
