The bronze statue of the Madonna and Child, Sanctuary of Loreto, Piazza Della Madonna 1, 60025, Loreto, AN, Marche, Italy. The central door was built by Antonio di Girolamo Lombardo, with the collaboration of the brothers Pietro, Paolo, and Giacomo. It started in 1590 it was completed only in 1611. There are six major and six minor panels with representations taken from the Old Testament. In the left door are represented, starting from the top down: Creation of Eve; Expulsion from Earthly Paradise. Cain kills Abel; In the one on the right, starting from the top down: Original sin; Work of Adam and Eve; Cain's escape. Above, in a niche, there is the bronze statue of the "Madonna and Child", a work by Girolamo Lombardo, completed in 1583.
