Diamanti a Tavola is the name of the White Truffle Festival of Amandola, a typical product of the Sibillini Mountains, which for almost twenty years animates the historic center in the months of October and November with food and wine stands full of truffle-scented dishes and traditional dishes, without forgetting sweets, cooked wine, and chestnuts.
But the real peculiarity of the White Truffle Festival of Amandola, is that the local truffle makers themselves put on display and sell their truffles, after having sieved with their dogs, the woods inside the Monti National Park Sibillini. The light brown ones, with white rabbits, are the most precious and appreciated for their flavor: this is the white truffle that can be served on pasta, rice dishes or on eggs in a bull's eye. However, the natural "culinary vocation" of the white truffle is to give flavor to a nice plate of homemade tagliatelle.

Amandola It is the entrance door of the eastern side of the Sibillini and is located at 500 m s.l.m. in the enchanting Tenna valley, in the province of Fermo, immersed in the Monti Sibillini National Park, it gives anyone who passes by those parts an almost enchanted atmosphere that is impossible to remain indifferent.
