The small port, built near the mouth of the Aso river, is a dock for small-scale fishing operators and pleasure boats, it is also a small market where fresh fish can be bought every morning. Near the sea, the public gardens with the scent of flowers, the green of the lawns and the fragrance of the essences are the ideal place to rest the soul and the body.
The lighthouse of Pedaso, unlike many other lighthouses of the Italian coasts by now abandoned, is still in operation. It was built in 1877. Today it represents an added value for the tourist and cultural development of Pedaso, as it is the venue for concerts and events, especially in summer.

of which outcropping. The area occupied by the reef habitat in Pedaso is 7 km. The areas also, in this case, are characterized by mussel beds,
Anemonia viridis and Sabellaria spinulosa in a main way.
Inside the artificial reefs in the stretch of sea-facing Pedaso, it has been reported the presence
of the bivalve mollusc Pinna nobilis, of community interest that require rigorous protection ”.
SEAFRONT
The beach of Pedaso is the only one of all the Piceno coast to record the presence of gravel material and its coastline has natural rocks with the most different names given to them due to their appearance or their connection with ancient stories. To animate the rhythms of the beach are the chalets that, in addition to hospitality, organize different activities to make the stay of adults and children pleasant and enjoyable.
